I’ve been having your session has expired messages constantly if I could give no stars I would. I thought maybe it’s my password so try resting and the app doesn’t let me enter my date of birth. Either have tests done with an app before you force mobile users to only be able to use the app and have minimal issues or just stop having the app the only option. Cuz i get the same issue on the mobile website. Then when I call you are not open because timezones are a thing. I’m a caregiver I don’t sit at a computer I’m on the go fix your stuff. I have less issues with free games apps that took 5 mins to make how is that a higher standard then a work/payroll/insurance app you make MILLIONS OFF CONSUMERS fyi I will be messaging my union rep to see if we can switch cuz this has been an issue for over 1 year and not fixed

I’ve been using MyCreate Health App for a few months, and it’s genuinely impressed me. If I could give it zero stars I would. Once you get in (which takes forever) it is simply the worst experience. Searching is awful and if you can get it to work it never returns anything useful. Not sure if it’s crashing or there is nothing to return - it doesn’t tell you! I’ve tried multiple times to use it to search whether a provider is in or out of network, find a new provider, figure out if chiropractic care is covered…etc…and ever dang time it can’t complete the mission. This application is simply terrible. UNUSABLE!!
