App gets caught in software do-loops and crashes. Does not make it easy or possible to obtain estimates for procedure costs. Mediocre UX.

This app was good when i first started using it, then Im not sure what happened, it said no internet connection, now its saying , i need to update my password and it sent a link to my email address and nothing is happening, why did this app all of a sudden stop working? It was a very good useful app, its complete garbage, i can’t sign in doesn’t recognize me, this is bad, its like no one cares that it doesn’t work

Other than being able to sign in and accessing a copy of my ID card there isn’t much I can do on the app. Doesn’t allow me to open my EOBs. Sometimes it won’t even show my claims.
When messaging support about your plan, I have never receive any follow up messages. The app just doesn’t seem to work well at all.
