I’ve tried a slew of running apps, and this is hands down the best. The workouts are different and keep me interested, which is difficult when I’m slogging away on a treadmill. The music integrates well and the leaderboards are an effective motivator. The best thing about this app, however, is the developer. He really cares about the user experience and listens to feedback and incorporates feedback/features (when possible) into the app, which you don’t find much these days. Highly recommend this for any runner!

I’m an ultra runner and primarily run on trails. On days I can not get to the trail, I run on my treadmill. I’ve tried so many running apps that I’ve lost count. This is the first app that I’ve actually stuck to for training on the tread. It keep it interesting, time flies by, and I actually see results when I hit the trail again! My endurance has improved, my speed has improved and I’m just blown away. I’m currently training for another 100 miler and this has helped tremendously. I encourage you to try it!

This app is for you. What I love about Push is that it’s made for YOU. Every feature is tailored your needs, whether you are looking for a plan to help you run a half marathon, or if you’re simply looking to embark or continue your health and fitness journey. There’s a wide variety of treadmill interval workouts ranging from 15 minutes to an hour in length. Believe me, the hour-long ones are NOT boring and completely attainable for anyone! I 10/10 recommend this app regardless of how “good” you are at running. At the end of the day, it’s all about your personal journey. :-) you’ve got this!
