Petbarn: Pet Store & Advice

None of payment methods working. I couldn’t figure out why until I realised it was unavailable products. Why doesn’t your app nor website provide a filter for availability, BEFORE going to checkout. Just wasted 30 mins trying to adjust order for today. Had to give up most not available! Really poor design! Update to above: I thought perhaps it was related to just a busy day in your store so I have tried several times over the past week to place an order. Always getting internal sever error. I’m guessing because it thinks stuff is out of stock. This is despite me checking individually each item and listed as in stock and available for delivery st my local store. Your app and website has become next to useless for ordering fresh dog food online for delivery in two hrs as promised. Used to be great but gone downhill badly lately!

The 1 reason I downloaded this app, was to be more efficient at the checkout in store, and was asked to download the app by the team member. Unfortunately it is still quicker to say my mobile number than to open the app and find the member card, then click view card. The member card needs to be able to be added to the apple wallet, like flybuys and my local library card. It is a clumsy experience for both the cashier who has to ask if I’ve got the app, and I who have to respond, yep, it’s just loading up, and then they wait while I try to load the card. Also Member Card is visible high up on the screen, but clicking member card which is the first time you see those words, it is an ad for the puppy and kitten member club, not the actual friends for life member card, which is the one I want at checkout. Please improve this for a higher rating.

Pretty good app overall but when I try to add my pet lizard it doesn’t have the species or even the category lizard so I have to put them down for unknown. Would be amazing if there was more categories for pets and even if there was favourites for treats, food and toys/beds. But great start for this app! Every helpful! ☺️ I can’t wait what will be added next in the future!
