The app is 5 star. The service is 1 star. I tried to purchase a sink mixer tap on the last day of a sale. They had two taps for sale with different prices but were using the exact same photos for each tap. So I used the online messenger to customer service in an attempt to find out the difference between the two taps. Customer service told me that they would get back to me within 2 days. I said but the sale ends today. They said “we will honour the price as if you purchased it today sir” I said what about the additional 10% off at check out that is also offered today? Their response “Yes sir as if you purchased today”. So I said ok and waited. 4 days later I rang back. Still no luck. A week later an email. They could not differentiate between the two taps. So I tried to purchase the cheaper one. But do you think they would honour what they said? No. You can have it at the sale price sir but no additional 10% off at checkout. Even after I screen shot all of the conversation. So I ended up purchasing the same tap at Catch for less. And deleted the app. I have just now reloaded the app so that I can log on and remove all email’s because they send them every day. Shop elsewhere.

The best customer service that I have ever had! I have purchased several large purchase items from T&W all of very high quality. Some pieces I have had to exchange due to an issue with damage from the factory or manufacturing and they have bent over backward every time no questions asked to contact their suppliers to ensure a new piece of furniture is sent out immediately. Even when I had a slight issue with a dollhouse new parts were sent out no questions asked. The flow through is amazing. From start to finish with phone calls to assist me in the exchange or return of a product even with calls or emails notifying me of when I can expect delivery of purchases made or if there are any delays. For this reason I continue to put my trust in T&W and continue to buy from them as their products are second to none all of excellent quality and the most outstanding after sales service I have experienced.
