OnePass: Get more value

I love OnePass truly. Such a life saver re shipping and shipping time, as well as priority click and collects at Bunnings but most businesses who utilise it basically have it almost built in.. this app isn’t really useful for anything and I find it gives me log in problems and is always logging me out. If you want to see what stores accept OnePass, they’ll advertise it (the company) or you can see it on OnePass website. I much prefer the website to the app anyways. Wish they’d make this app a bit more useful and not so redundant, it’s truly great service but the app is lacking and just isn’t there yet.

One pass is good but the app is no good . As it keeps logging you out of it and at shops you can’t log back into so you miss out scanning card at the shop and miss out on them points. Always logging you out and when you go to use it , you can’t because you can’t log back in .

Linked Flybuys and all stores immediately after sign up. As I am not receiving the 5x points I EMAILED them. Firstly they claimed I hadn’t linked, so I sent them the screenshot prove from the time of sign up. Now they don’t know my email address despite us communicating via EMAIL! Will be escalating outside of OnePass today if not rectified, including reporting them to whistleblowers. Don’t reply and say email us because that’s already been attempted. I’m unable to speak on the phone so suggesting that is disability discrimination. I also want everything in writing for the court proceeding.
