The auto-delivery service is extremely frustrating and misleading as it will be ordered at some arbitrary point in a week window, I usually need to trigger it manually anyway or buy elsewhere for the 1-2 weeks they are delayed. This week though, the product stopped working entirely. I reached out to support and they were completely useless β no explanation as to why I could not buy/pause/cancel or anything else with my auto-deliveries. My first email included the dates of the scheduled order and my email. They then emailed back asking for my email, I provided it and they then replied asking which order I was referring to. Completely useless back and forth which spanned a 3-4 day period within which I had requested to trigger the delivery, had to then make other arrangements and now need to cancel the $200 delivery that is due to charge my card today! I still have no idea what is going on β is there something wrong with the order or is the whole service down and no deliveries are going out? Who knows? Who cares? I wonβt be ordering from here anymore, assuming I can actually cancel the useless βautoβ-deliveries π€ͺ
Just a terrible app. Have spoken to the store because their service is fabulous and I have been shopping with them for years. I would hate to leave them because the app is too difficult to use. It was bearable until this year when they updated the app and made it even worse. It is difficult to navigate and has too many components eg: order 1 or delivery 5 etc. The kicker for me was that I tried to start automatic and regular delivery and instead ordered 2 $150 bags of dog food with the next one coming in another 2 weeks. There is also no option to cancel and the chat bot was hopeless. I then had to email and wait 72 hours for a reply. It wasted 2 hours of my time to stop the automatic delivery and received the 2 bags of foodβ¦..$300 before the email reply. As I have said I have had great service for years but the app is hopeless.
I love them product and service, but I got post problem with them. I lost my post once, and when I check deliver picture, even it was during delivery, it was open one side. So they send me again, and at the sametime, I saw one of my neighbor post that from pet circle, that also one side open of the box. I really wish them to fix this problem. cat and dog food it not very cheep, so if they could see inside and if it is same food with their pet food, I could have mind to stole it. Please please double taping please please please. if next time it happen again, I would not use here.
