The app is great and easy going with withdrawal no problems at all hence the 5 starred i give. But please please please change the Live games black writing as you cannot distinguish which game is live and which not on your betslip. Also, can you add notifications like other gamers like bet365, william hill etc?

I will be talking about a certain couple of agents in a brief moment but before I do that; what a amazing app this is. I loved it from the moment I have installed it and it’s never let me down, very simple platform and very easy to use and extremely good customer support. 2 people I want to highlight are Teodor and Angel both of these guys are exceptional at communicating and I always have a great conversation with them everytime I contact. I would recommend 10bet but I don’t want you to join because you’ll create a queue for me and I’ll have to wait for phenomenal customer service 😂

App is not to bad. Easy to use and clear. However need a bit of update. Whenever I click „remember me” before I log in. It always kick me out and need to log in all the time typing password and login. Another thing is cash out. Need improving. Yesterday I placed 8£ bet and cash out straight away show me 13£. Then it was constantly suspend and couldn’t cash out a bet at all. In general strong 3 stars
