Why have you removed the search function from the header in the latest update. I can’t understand why you would make finding events harder!

1. When you move away from the app and come back to it, the app just freezes up. You have to physically close the app and re-log back in. Annoying and surprising it hasn’t been fixed. Long-standing issue and very tedious. 2. Recent bug that’s only come along in the last week. Now an enormous delay in processing bets when you submit. The worst part is that if I submit a bet, it initially says nothing has happened: my balance hasn’t changed, the bet isn’t in my list of active matched bets, etc. So I close the app and reopen it only to find there are two duplicate bets!. Very annoying and has cost me money because I have to lay off the difference, which leads to inevitable losses (particularly if the back/lay odds are far apart) Tried on both Wi-Fi and 4G/5G so not my internet issue. Pros? Withdrawals pretty fast on Visa (I avoid MasterCard like the plague). Enhanced Specials markets are great. Regularly able to arb against Sky, Paddy, WH, etc

Very pleased with Matchbook . I can understand how to access my open bets matched and unmatched and I like the way settled bets are summarised . Currently on a 0% commission offer . Matchbook hopefully has got a strong foothold in the exchange bookmakers markets . I find Betfairs 5% commission to be too harsh a cut out of using the exchanges . The only thing I dislike about Matchbook is its tendency to flog it’s casino bets to you . - but decided on 5 stars anyway
