The company are currently running an offer for new customers of “Bet £10, get £40 in free bets” which is great, but the bet has to placed via the app and not website. Not a big deal, no problem. And then you arrive at the worst, most confusing betting app I’ve ever seen. There are at least 3 possible locations for your money, “Wallet”, “CopyBet” and “Sportsbook”. So, depending on what you want to do, you have to transfer your money around which is a bit rubbish but then comes the kicker. The amount you have in there varies between what the website tells you and what the app tells you. The two sources also show you your bets, but not the same bets! And then, as others have mentioned finding the markets on the app as opposed to the “expert” tips is another challenge. My message would be, “Sort out your app BEFORE marketing the generous offer. As it works now, my guess is you’re not going to keep much of the new business generated because the app is a disaster”.

Despite already being signed it, when trying to place a bet the only option presented is ‘sign in and place bet’ after signing in (again) from there it then asks me to deposit more money - when there is already funds in my account with no option to skip this step. I even tried depositing more money to see if I could just get the bet placed and it just takes me back to the Home Screen after depositing, the bet is still not placed and the process repeats. Very frustrating. At some points I’m not even able to view the betslip as when tapping on the betslip, pre match or in-play tabs they are all showing the exact same thing!! The signup offers are generous but useless if it’s not possible to place a bet via the app. To be honest I don’t feel confident having my money in this platform with so many glitches and bugs as I’m not confident there won’t be a bug or glitch when trying to withdraw. This app needs some serious work.

The app is a bit amateurish if I’m honest. It’s confusing having to switch money between the wallet and the sportsbook accounts, especially as it is not instant. It’s quite frustrating having to renter your log in details in-app when you switch between tabs. The sportsbook section is tricky to navigate and takes ages to load sometimes. It’s quite a good concept, and the sign up offers were really generous - I just think the app needs some useability improvements.
