I downloaded this app during the lockdown, as all the betting shops were closed. I only really use it for lotto or bingo but I won’t be using it much longer. The app is useless. It crashes so much that I have to delete it then download it again. The bingo rooms are well ‘overcrowded’, with over 1,000 people playing in some rooms. The lotto allows you to place your bets 4wks in advance, which I found useful... until it starts mixing your bets up. I plays the 49’s daily, which has 2 draws (one at lunchtime and one at teatime) Twice now however, when I have placed my bets for both draws, when I look on my ‘bet history’ for ‘open bets’ it says my bets are only for the 1st draw. When I placed the bet again to make sure it was on the 2nd draw, it shows again that I have only put the bets on for the first draw, therefore instead of 8 bets each on draws 1and 2, I have 16 bets going on draw 1 and nothing on draw 2. It’s a good job I checked on my bet history as I could have lost out, with having no bets whatsoever on draw 2, had my numbers come in. Customer service is about as useless as the app. I waited almost a hour in the ‘queue’ on live chat, to be told that they couldn’t do anything because it was my fault and they couldn’t undo’ my actions. Omg. There’s a chance maybe that I didn’t place the bets on draw 2 the first time round but I made sure the second time, that I 100% placed my bets on draw 2. Thankfully the bookies are back open and I can go in Coral and place my bets on there

I’ll start by saying the free bets work very well, received mine after depositing and betting £10. Also very quick to have the money I withdrew into my account. It’s good you can split the £30 free bets however you like rather than other companies that make you bet 3x£10 or whatever. Now the not so good. This app runs so badly and is so slow, and crashes multiple times. It’s not difficult to navigate but it could be way more user friendly. It also have never once offered me cash out, and I put a fair few bets on. Not once at any point during any game was I offered cash out. That leads me onto the customer service. Takes a while to get to speak with someone on live chat and when you do, it’s like you’re talking to a robot and most answers are like they just copy and paste it. The reason I want to speak to an actual person is due to not being able to find answers in the FAQs. So I won’t be using this again, and I’ll stick to Bet Victor, which after having used many betting apps is by far the most superior.
