I had a decent win of £300 and withdrew it despite having many deposits and withdrawals with my card they stopped my withdrawal and asked me for verification details. I was fine with it however with me being only 19 I don’t have utility bills and so on due to living with parents and I didn’t have anything within the last 3 months for my proof of address. All I had is my online bank account which is the only bank account I have(starling) I sent them certified pdf files of my statements which show my address and the card details that I have used to fund my account. They would not accept this as it is an online bank and did accommodate for me in any way. And they then threatened to not only close my account permanently but to also reject my withdrawal and only pay me out for my £20 deposit. This due to me getting frustrated as they were not helping me in any way what so ever and then expecting me to somehow magically get some sort of document which was impossible for me to aquire. I would advise against anyone going to this company as in the end they will screw you over and then also try to keep your money. Horrible company run by horrible people. And still I am without my winnings.
Rating this company on what it is now I think 4 stars is fair. I think if you love gambling this (right now) won’t be good enough for you to give 5 stars). However, if your just a casual better who likes to stick a weekend acca on then this is perfect. The reasons I think this is: The inplay fixtures are limited your lucky if there’s 4 games there where as other bookies will have at least double the amount of games. Then there’s the actual betting markets, Inplay there’s no more than 10 markets. The rugby league is the worst I’ve seen anywhere... there is 2 pre match markets- FT result and HT result it’s hard to bet on 2 markets. I’d like to see handicaps and try scorer Markets. But, like I said, if you like just sticking a acca on it’s perfect. Easy app to navigate and simple to add your selections. For the reviews of people saying these don’t pay out I don’t believe for a second. I opened my account and verified it through chat. I placed a my first £10 bet on the Monday night and won £480. I withdrew £450 that night and Thursday morning it was in my account, I didn’t deposit in that time as I was wary about my withdraw. But honestly not one problem at all. The Kwiff boost... I got my first on my 3rd bet it took it from 19-1 to 21-1 the next was 2 bets later a 2-1 to 10-3 and my last 3 bets later was 8-13 to 21-20 so I’m happy it does what it says on the tin. I’ve rated it 4 stars because it’s very easy to use and despite the lack of markets it’s a newish bookmaker and I’m sure in time it will grow and change the markets. Don’t expect the world but do expect a new company that does what it says it will do. I know as time passes more markets will be added and it will be a lot bigger. I honestly believe in years to come this will be up there with the big companies. If I had a clue how too I’d invest now!
Been using a few months but waiting til I’d had a good win and withdrawal before writing review and very impressed. App can be a little annoying when placing in-play accas as if the odds change it just will not accept bet, won’t correct it and have to close app and start again. Also horse racing and greyhounds would be good but I understand that is being worked on. Was a bit apprehensive about the withdrawal as can be laborious with the less commonly known bookies (wanting various ids etc before authorising withdrawal) but I withdrew Sunday morning and in my account Monday afternoon. All in all, I think once the app is polished a bit and the addition of horse racing, then this will probably be my main app to place bets.
