My main complaint is that they change the password to use the app, every three months or so. But they don’t TELL you they have changed it. Or that you need to REFRESH IT. They just simply say error. So you have NO IDEA what the problem is. PURE FRUSTRATION.
PLEASE HRC, create a pop-up that says “time to renew your password!”
