I really don’t like using this app. It’s so difficult to navigate and the log in process is needlessly complicated. If you navigate away from the app to check something in another app, such as your calendar for dates of appts, you have to go through the whole log in process again. My patient gateway for the doctors office is less intense and contains far more sensitive information. I get irritated every time I have to open this app and use it.

I’ve just dowloaded the app. After signing in, if I go to the Profile tab, and back to the Home tab, it’s almost constantly crashing. I’ve even tried to close/re-open app, and even when staying strictly within the app, if I switch between tabs more than twice the app crashes.

My main complaint is that they change the password to use the app, every three months or so. But they don’t TELL you they have changed it. Or that you need to REFRESH IT. They just simply say error. So you have NO IDEA what the problem is. PURE FRUSTRATION. PLEASE HRC, create a pop-up that says “time to renew your password!”
