Reviews: What People Think About MyBILH

Easy to navigate. Love the inclusion of systems outside of BILH. My only wish would be that there could be a way to assign more of a descriptor to the visits, etc. That occurred before the “conversion”. I had to look for some thing from 2022 the other day and it was a bit cumbersome.

My appointment was with Dr Lederman. The minute I arrived in his office I was amazed with the process of my visit from check in to the completion. Dr Lederman made me feel very comfortable & really wants to get to the bottom of my pain. I had blood work & then an MRI done His staff was so helpful & pleasant. Nancy was very pleasant & took the time to show me on where I needed to go within the hospital. As she was taking me she would noticed other people along the needing help with directions and she would help them with a warm smile. Everyone in the hospital, including the cafeteria, all had smiles on their faces & would reach out to make sure we didn’t need any help. I can’t say enough about NE Baptist. I am so happy I have chosen NE Baptist for my medical needs.

1. Not able to message more than one health care provider at a time is ridiculous. The old system allowed for multiple recipients, which was useful as I only had to send a single message. It also meant that all providers who needed to be included in a discussion were included. 2. For most patients a physician’s “first name” is Dr not their actual first name. Looking up a physician where epic uses s provider’s actual first name in alphabetical order is not just frustrating, but useless for patients. The solution is so simple that it is embarrassing. 3. Making an error when trying to access a tele-health video call, requires rebooting one’s phone. I gave up and asked the provider office to change to a phone call. 4. Looking up both current and historical lab results is time consuming and cumbersome. 5. Registration is ridiculous. Why must I answer all the same questions each time. Maybe accounting likes this system, but patients do not. 6. Even healthcare providers are dissatisfied with the system for providing standard of care. 7. Because the system is not patient friendly, there has to be greater inefficiency for schedulers, health care providers and practice managers needing to help patients navigate BILH.
