I cannot say enough, incredible things to truly express how grateful I am and how accommodating and caring and nice every one of the employees who work to find my groceries bag my groceries and bring my groceries out to me whenever it is needed. This helps me so much as my husband and myself both work out of town and we don’t get home till 6 o’clock at night and it is so nice just to be able to go pick up the groceries. We ordered and leave. Every single time somebody brings my groceries out to my vehicle. It is with a smile. It is with compassion, and they truly truly are happy and I love having conversations with them. I loved that the person doing my grocery shopping always checks in with me and is always making sure that I have great substitutions when others are out. They are the back bone to this operation and I truly would not be able to use this service without them..

I’m new on the App. I would like to know where the drop down menu for the notes, on six items, which I wrote, disappeared to? I don’t want to hide my notes, and I do hope my shopper sees the notes, if not, it will cause problems. I did find the notes if I moved the food item slightly to the right, on the screen . If you can help with that issue on this order, I’d be grateful. And, let me know how to access the drop down menu myself. I am going to love this App, the more I use it. I did, however spend a great deal of time researching items, and the App.. I can’t do this every time, hopefully I will get better at it. I do love being able to enlarge product to see the fine print for the number of items in a package, and, the ingredients in a package, as well as nutrition information. Giant Eagle has terrific employees from the bottom to the top, for it is very evident in your service, your new ideas, you keep improving in every way! Now If prices wouldn’t keep going up for all of us, I’d be a very happy camper, I’m sure you would be too! Thanks for everything!! Jan

This is probably the worst app I still actually try to use. Honestly it’s so glitchy- even the updates don’t fix the issues. I cannot view my cart without completely exiting the app, shutting the app down and starting again. This and the other “additions” such as the ridiculous ship to home bulk items that should be able to be easily filtered out but are not, requiring filters to be updated with each search of each new item make the task of trying to simplify my life less so. In December the app glitched and kept giving me an error Message upon checking out. I tried two Different forms of payment and apparently hit the submit button a lot of times as I had over $900 in pending charges on my credit card and paypal accounts. But no actual pickup order was ever sent to the store. When I called to troubleshoot and figure out how to get my $200+ worth of groceries I was told tech support only works from an 800 number and they only work 9-5 M-F. I called tech support two days later and it never went anywhere. I instead solved the issue myself with my financial institutions. I gave up shopping here for a while after that and tried again today. Not much has changed, still glitchy. A company as large as giant Eagle can afford to lose me as a shopper but if they don’t catch up to all the other biz box grocery retailers soon they’ll be nothing but a dinosaur- extinct. No one I know uses in store shopping anymore as their primary mode of shopping- except for my Great Aunt who’s 93 and insists she needs to look at the food. As such I’ve pretty much resigned myself to shopping elsewhere for curbside pickup.
