Be Well

Would be nice if the Be Well card be loaded to the Apple wallet so could be quickly accessed.

Terrible I thought the last one (app) was bad a waste of time. Who ever you paid to develop this app should be fired. Scanner for bar code doesn’t work. Tells me to contact my pharmacy. Not Apple wallet friendly. Did you seriously not test before sending to the masses?

I made a submission for a refill. It worked BUT it the app did not tell me in advanced that the pharmacy had changed their rule on refill amount. The amount that I got at pick up was only a portion in what I usually get. I asked the pharmacist and she said the rule had changed for the moment. Well, as a user, regardless when era it is, a pandemic or not, if rule changed, it would be great that the app will give out a little message saying that this has changed. It would also be great if it can have that reminder in the ready for pickup notification as well. One more bonus since the app already know which store that I will be picking up the med, maybe include the dispense fee as well. If it changed, then we users will know. Ever since we don’t go into the pharmacy as often as before all the technologies pop up, it rarely for us to know when the price of the dispense fee has increased because we don’t get to see that announcement on side of the prescription drop off area.
