We used this once, more or less successfully. Several items were shorted and when we tried to make a second order the available time slot was 10 days. That spot was subsequently deleted by the system and has continuously crashed since. Three seniors in this household are finding the length of time between deliveries and the lack of feedback re items that can’t be supplied is not acceptable.

In different occasions the app tends to time out right when I’m ready to submit my order and there are only a few minutes left to submit. The app kicks me out and even when it will finally allow me to log back in, it keeps saying that there’s having technical issues. This will them keep happening until the window to submit the order expires. Very messed up system. Also, another issue they should fix is to allow the notification at the bottom of the app that tells you how long you have to submit the order to hop live countdown, so you know how much time you have, without having to sit all alarms separately.

I enjoy shopping on line from my home. The people who deliver our groceries and the people in customer service are excellent. The only negatives I find is the $3.00 pick up charge and on line it says I can change my order by a certain time the day before but this appears t be eastern time
