App works as good as online with pc! I use Zume coz gets here fast and ingredients are less processed and also I don’t get that “way too much salts” thing after eating! Really good leftovers too, just place in a decent skillet and heat over low-med heat until desired doneness and viola yums for the tums!! I usually cover the pan during the reheats as it seems to work better. Good eats good app hey hey!!!
I was excited by the concept of Zume. The concept and the ease of ordering was promising and it delivered on the promise. I had problems with the app once the order was placed. App repeatedly crashes when loading the delivery status - it is still crashing even after delivery was complete. As for the pizza I was not impressed. I was expecting a fresh from the oven taste but the pizza was more like glorified frozen pizza. The cheese and toppings completely slide off the crust when grabbing a slice. I might give them another chance but I’m not impressed overall.
I honestly never leave reviews but this company deserves a review. My first order was cancelled an hour and a half and they called me to apologize and gave me a free pizza. I understood that things happens and they are a startup so I gave them a second chance. My pizza arrived in a timely manner and in a very fancy and efficient custom made box, the delivery guy had a nice attitude and the pizza was delicious! Definitely worth trying out!
