Literally a life saver of an app. Allows you to easily skip the incredibly long Coupa lines and the pickup service is just incredible. You can take your time to go through what you want and I’ve never had troubleshooting with this app. GET IT!!!

It gets the job done, but the 15 minute delay in order time (you can’t order for pickup anytime sooner than 15 minutes later I think) has made me straight up not order because I wouldn’t have time. I understand that Coupa has limitations on how fast they can take orders, but I just end up going to Starbucks. Neither of us win in that situation. Karla isn’t the best font for a readable UI and I’ve had issues reloading my card as well. Also, I currently see a $5 reward but no instructions on how to apply it - I’ve had it auto-apply in the past so I’m confused whether it’s real.

Makes it very efficient to order online! My one issue with the app is that it automatically enters a tip of 20%, which is a little presumptive in my opinion. Tips are for sit-down service, like when a waiter or waitress goes the extra mile to clean your table and bring you extra butter or something.
