Your app is so profoundly bad I am almost at a loss of words. Credit card handling is ridiculous. God help you if your card expires. You don’t find out that your card is expired until you try to pay for an order - then you can’t update your card because it’s being used for an order. It took 10 min to fix this stupid payment system. I hate this app so much I don’t want to eat at your restaurant.

Great application. Recommend it! One minor annoyance, the poorly designed delivery address population functionality. The application works flawlessly for pickup. When trying to select delivery ran into an issue. 128 character limit for delivery special instructions causes issues. (1) It doesn’t tell you when you’ve reached/hit the limit (no counter at the bottom). I was told I couldn’t save the address due to character limit so removed characters and was able to save the address. (2) It must have still had 128 characters and had allowed me to save regardless because when trying to choose the address it told me I couldn’t select it due to 128 character limit being in special instructions. Then why could I save? (3) Tried to copy and paste special instruction text to a character counter out of app, returned to app to be sent back to blank edit page. Switched to DoorDash and completed my order in 60 seconds.

I’m not a fan of this app nor of the online ordering process. I mention the two together because the Web app and the iOS app don’t always talk to each other so you lose reward progress and gift cards can’t be stored in the iOS app or shared between it and the Web App. If you want to use gift cards with this app, be prepared to punch in the 14 digit card number and 6 digit pin again and again. Trying to apply gift card balance upon checkout is also torture. On multiple occasions after struggling to get my gift card entered, I’ve given up and just charged it to my credit card anyway. I loathe this app, but it still gets 3 stars because it works where it counts the most. My order is always made on time and made accurately. Please fix the checkout for gift cards and integrate with the Web app.
