Ike's Love Rewards

I moved to a new area and discovered Ikes’ for the first time. I really liked what I got. On a future day and short on time, I called to place an order, intending to pick up when ready. No one answered the phone. Instead I got a recording that told me to go to their website or to load this app ok fine. Since everything else is on my phone, why not Ike’s so I downloaded. Right after this review, though, I will delete it because of all of the personal information that it requires two“sign up“. I don’t need to take the risk of yet another company storing my personal data who knows where and sharing/selling it to who knows who, then later finding out they were hacked to get data they have no business having in the first place, all over a sandwich! (Lest you scoff, I and millions of others have experienced this and the consequences of such breaches are painful and life altering. No thanks. I just WANT A SANDWICH. Why complicate it!

Ike’s Love and Sandwiches App is great as compared to other sandwich shop apps. Easy to navigate, order, re-order favorites, customize, apply rewards / special “coupons”, and set up pickups. Provides photos of the food being ordered along with a text description both during the ordering and payment process. Ike’s has multiple unique, delicious sandwiches (and some similar to other shops) with amazing bread (definitely try the Dutch Crunch!!) that set them apart from other sandwich shops. Word of advice: for any of the sandwiches that have onion rings; better to order and eat at the restaurant than to-go since the onion rings turn into unappetizing mush on to-go orders (my experience).

Not sure if I’ve left a review already but if I haven’t I’ve been meaning to.. I come here two to three times a month and am regularly impressed with the courtesy and professionalism off the employees (Northridge) i unfortunately cannot think of anyone’s name but there is a dark skinned gentleman at the register and a short tiny girl with tattoos and piercings that are just the coolest people to deal with and always so friendly! Well the gentleman just made me a king koopa and although I’ve had it a few times in the past this was the best sandwich I have ever eaten! I made the mistake on the app and my sandwich wasn’t prepared , totally my fault, he was apologetic and assured me it would be done super quick and when I was walking back in from the car he met me at the door with my sandwich .. little things like this make this place special and the food is amazing I’ve introduced so many people to this place and everyone loves it.
