I have bought with this store before. The chat person was extremely rude and I helpful. Didn’t have my email. Suddenly it appeared… she cut my conversation, despite my praising my previous purchase and satisfaction with this store before I also gave her the barcode for my previous purchases and she said that I had not shopped here before. Clearly, I had an I have received so many compliments about your clothes. I proceeded to spend money and purchase, but due to her lack of willingness to help, it took me several hours. Products are great. Service is very disheartening

The Forever New app is fantastic for shopping online! It takes no time at all to navigate and the layout makes browsing super easy. I especially enjoyed the Swipe To Like function which I hadn’t seen before. Great experience!

The mobile app is not good. Forver new is my favourite go to store but due to so much of uncertainty during covid, I was hoping if i could buy a dress through it’s app but it has lits of issues. For example, if you selected a dress to look at it’s pictures in more details then you cannot go back to just the previous page with all the dresses when you click Back button. It will always take you to the home pge and then you will need to acroll all the ways down to the dress you were at!! Also sometimes the more button doesn’t really populate the page with more dresses.
