I find I’m not that interested in the designs anymore. When I do find something I want it’s “find in store”. The system doesnt tell you which store and you can’t order it online. Really doesn’t work for the consumer. I tend to shop elsewhere now. Pretty disappointed in the direction Witchery has gone these last few years.

Searching and going back is great but the cart doesn’t sync to the website. You can’t see all the details on the reviews, particularly sizing info which I always read when shopping online, so had to go back to website to do that. Then when I tried to check out using PayPal it wouldn’t complete and the wheel just kept spinning. Tried about 6 times over a 3 hour period so ended up using the website and checked out fine.
