This is one of if not the best in app clothing shopping experiences I’ve had. Not speaking to the quality of the clothing as I haven’t ordered anything yet but it is so easy to use and I haven’t had any itches with glitching, it’s easy to see what sizes are in stock, they show different model sizes. Stellar job on the app

I ordered 2 e-gift cards, which should be simply sent through email and done with, but instead I have been spending the last 2 days contacting customer service asking for the confirmation email they didn’t send, why my order is on hold and how much longer this oddly difficult process will take so I can receive the gift cards that I’ve already paid for! Also, their 24/7 customer service is a lie because apparently no one can help you until they’ve gotten feedback from the main team members who work Monday-Friday, so they’re completely useless unless it’s a weekday within office hours. Definitely won’t be buying anything from here after I’m done with those gift cards, if I ever get them!

I had made an order, payment was processed successfully, yet 3 days later when I went to check the status of my order I see it was cancelled. Contact Showpo and was informed that this was a "technical error". From there, I was provided no help or explanation as to why. Ordered this outfit for a vacation and with their lack of communication, I am now scrambling to find another option. Will never be ordering from them again. Sad. Message from representative: "We’d like to confirm that we have received your payment. Sadly, it appears that a technical error has prevented your order from successfully syncing into our system. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. As the order was not processed successfully, a refund has been provided which should be reflected in your account within 3–5 business days. If you would still like to receive the items, we kindly ask that you place a new order through our website. Once again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding"
