UNIQLO AU

I rarely write reviews but this app has compelled me to. It’s rare to have an update that makes an app worse but Uniqlo have sadly done it with this one. The navigation is awful and for some reason there are now no drop down menus to select a product category from the department you would like to shop from. I don’t want to flick through all of your glossy marketing images to find the linen shirts, nor do I really want to use the search function. I see that you want it to look pretty but it is so irritating that features that are standard on other apps like being able to quickly select ‘New In’, or ‘Shirts’ is not at your fingertips. The app now seems a replica of the website which I noticed has the same issues. These changes are annoying enough to stop me shopping online with Uniqlo. I just felt you should hear this feedback as it feels like this has not been tested properly on people who would normally shop via your app. Here’s hoping the next update is better 🤞

Love uniqlo and they have some really neat casual clothing styles. They are not over the top but very casual and yet formal enough. Clothes are nicely packaged in a interesting opening box and all wrapped up like they just came from the factory. Only downside is they use couriers please to deliver your clothes. They do provide tracking number but no time frame for the day. They would be saying the day before your parcel is coming and the next day another message to say it’s coming from the morning. It could take them anywhere from 2-6 hours to deliver that parcel once you receive the message. They have an option to leave it at the doorstep. Although I have not chosen this option and I was home the whole day. The courier still left it at my doorstep and didn’t even bother ringing the bell. Australia post is much better with delivery time frames, please switch or choose a better delivery company.

I bought some winter and some summer clothes from Uniqlo parramatta altogether 20 items all clothes great quality and texture and different varieties I will strongly suggest everyone to buy clothes from Uniqlo and great customer service while doing shopping 2 to 3 times their staff come to ask for help if needed and they help you always what you looking for I love Uniqlo ❤️
