EōS Fitness SoCal

Downloading and using the app on the same day as signing up with my local EōS is currently not working. I cannot sign in to my account on the mobile app even though I can sign into my account on the main websites, which has access to my membership details, gym visits, etc. When I try to log in with the same email and password, it does not work. When I request for them to resend the invite to the same email that works with the website, nothing gets sent. This is early stage dev work at best. The delay here goes beyond any production grade acceptance criteria. I’m surprised it was even publishable.

After getting a new membership I never received an email to create my account. After attempting to request the email by using the forgot password/create an account button over 40+ times I still haven’t received the email. I’ve requested two forms for help on their corporate website with no reply. The front desk is aware this is a problem and just said I have to wait a long time. Horrible customer experience and based on all the other reviews this is a problem they should already know about.

Every time I try to search for a specific type of class, I get as far as typing two letters into the search bar and then the whole app shuts down and starts up again. Is this just happening to me? I just wanna find yoga classes :/
