It’s not that I don’t wanna use this app it does help keep track of my benefits and what I got left if I end up having to go to the store a few times in a month well the app keeps asking me to change my password or it’s wanting me to register again to see what I can have because the app keeps saying user not found what going on with that i shouldn’t have to keep changing my password or having to keep registering when I’m already a registered wic member and the app is not letting me see my benefits and what I got left and it’s hard to even contact anybody for this app when the wic offices have no idea how the app works or why it’s even down snd theres no contact info for this app and it seems like there should be I wrote a review about Almost the same issues about a month ago and the review aint even popping up on here from last time what does that mean whoever made this app gave up with it or what for a app thats suppose to help a lot or families should be getting frequent updates and all it’s a shame alot of you companies and facilities offering apps for things nowadays but then you guys get confused on whatver issues people be having with these apps dunno anymore think this needs to be fixed

I love this app.. when it works. Recently though, I keep getting kicked out for no reason(Annoying) and there is no one to contact to help or try to fix the problem. I created a new account with a new address and then it worked again for a couple months and now it stopped working again. I really wish they would fix this bug because otherwise this is a great 5 star app. Unfortunately until then I'll just delete it because it's not worth the trouble constantly creating new email addresses.

I’m having the same issues as everyone else. App is good, but just stops working out of the blue. I created a new account with a different email address and it worked for a few months. But today, I can’t log in AGAIN! I’m going to try to create a new account with a different email address again to see if that helps. It’s absolutely ridiculous at this point and after so many negative reviews for so long now, you would think the app would be fixed already! Update: still the same. Works for a few months then stops. I’ve have to re-register using multiple email accounts and every time it worked again. Just really annoying to do so.
