Honestly but buy baby is the only option for me to buy baby goods from. That’s why me and my family have come to love it. We bought our baby seat from here. We bought our first three baby strollers from here. We bought diapers all the time from here with our first baby just because it was fun to stop into a baby store as first time parents. Every time we stopped inside we also ended up buying cute baby outfits and cute blankets and whatever other cute thing we saw for our baby including toys and bottles. It’s like a small shopping destination especially built for mothers and highly engaged fathers like myself I must say. Love this store. Brings me memories of toys r us when it was around.

This is my first ever baby registry created. As I first-time parent this will probably be the first and last time I create a registry with this company. The app never seems to function, it is constantly freezing and the information never seems to be accurate. I have had to call customer service many times regarding an order placed through my registry. Sometimes the person that has purchased an item for me through my registry wouldn’t know what the status of the order is until I advise them of it. The package will be either out of stock when it was in stock in the first place, lost in transit, or just never shipped. The actual buyer wouldn’t even get notified, of what is going on with the items they have purchased. When an item has been purchased it doesn’t take the item off the list or label it as purchased, I have had so many duplicate items sent to me, and the frustrating part is that the only way to return it will be to physically return it to the store, I don’t understand why I can’t have it shipped back to the store! The app doesn’t always notify me when an item has been purchased on my registry, or sometimes it doesn’t show all of the purchases which makes it hard to create my thank you list. I have had to take a different route to create my thank you list. The last time I spoke with a customer service agent was at the beginning of February, I was supposed to receive a $50 store credit and I have yet to see it in my account. Overall the staff, app, and website are terrible!

First of all, I would like to say that I never write reviews. Second, I am not a big fan of Baby registries and I’ve never really cared too much about adding every single thing that I could want or need on a list for others to look through. (I always figured, people are going to buy you whatever they think is a nice gift) That being said, I’m pregnant with my third child and my second daughter. Since my daughter is only 2, I thought I wouldn’t register for this baby girl because what could I possibly need? I have everything for a girl... or so I thought. At the insistence of my family, friends, and co- workers, I decided that I would register somewhere. BuyBuy Baby literally has EVERYTHING you could possibly think of for babies! Even things you don’t think you’ll need....they have it. I’ve found so many practical things that I could have used with my other 2 but I never actually took the time to go through each category (feeding/nursing, gear/travel, bedding, etc) I’ve now been adding things to my registry DAILY through this awesome app. The store has tons of stuff but the app is really where the endless inventory is! The app is so easy to navigate and you can add to your registry list with one click. Another added bonus, the coupons that you get for signing up are so easy to access! The two times I’ve gone to the actual store since originally registering, I’ve pulled up my app and the coupons are super easy to access. You can also use them online if you’re ordering through the app! To say the least, this app is great. I definitely recommend!
