Reasonably priced. I really wish I could play my apple music along with the videos, it gives me more motivation. I love Lindsay but some of the workouts feel a bit all over the place like she’s just throwing together as many moves as possible without any sort of flow. Also some of the workout don’t have a warm up or cool down/stretch which is a bummer.

I’m starting to prepare for my wedding in October 2025 and absolutely love these workouts! 100% recommend this app!

This is the only workout app that I love. I’ve tried so many but keep coming back to Lindsay’s. I really like that there are so many different styles of workouts so you’re never bored doing the same thing. I also love that she does the workout with you. You feel like you’re working out with a friend. Totally recommend to anyone looking to stay committed to a workout app.
