Tasha Franken is the best Pilates instructor! She explains everything well and reminds you what to look for and do while going through the workout. This app is super easy to use and is great because if I have to stop a workout halfway through, I can come back to where I previously stopped the video easily at the top. It’s also nice because when I am not in wifi I can download the videos so I don’t have to miss a day of exercising. I’ve tried several of the most popular workout classes (in person and apps) and this is BY FAR the most effective and my favorite way to workout. I’ve seen results so quickly and I feel like my best self when I’m doing Tasha’s Pilates videos consistently! COMPLETELY recommend!!
First off I want to state that I found Tasha on Instagram. If you look up Tasha Franklin it will give you a glimpse into her workouts. The are AMAZING. I have just bought another year membership with her. She is the absolute best. She has workouts for various level, workouts with and without equipment. Her membership options are so insanely reasonable you will not get it anywhere else. I do her workouts everyday even if it’s just for a few minutes a day. She keeps you motivated and consistent with her workout schedule and live classes. If I had millions of followers I would post about how awesome she is each day. However, I do not so I just tell all my friends and family about her. Not only does she make me mentally feel better but also physically (I’ve lost 15 lbs). I have never found a workout that actually worked for me before I met T-F studio! If you don’t download this app you are missing out.
I started doing Tash’s videos almost a year ago and I’m totally hooked. Pilates has been my workout of choice for almost three years, but with all the studios closed during the pandemic, I turned to virtual classes. From all the ones I’ve tried, Tash’s are the best. She takes time to go over form (so so important) and the workouts themselves always include new moves, so you’re never bored. I’ve seen a difference in my body, too, which is nice, but to me, the most important part is how I feel. I feel strong and accomplished every time I complete one of her videos and ready to take on the day. I’m definitely a subscriber for life, even now that studios are reopening.
