I tried more online programs than I care to admit. Nothing ever stuck but I kept trying new ones to mix things up… then I stumbled across fitwithcoco. I did the 7 day trial and I was hooked! It is superior to anything I have ever tried. I’ve been doing it for months and always look forward to it. You can do them from your phone or laptop anywhere. She is so good about making sure you slow down and work on form in the beginning and breathing properly. It’s like she knows exactly when my fatigue sets in and in that exact moment she will say “remember to exhale” or “lift a little higher” She is an absolute rockstar and I see the changes already happening in my body. I haven’t even implemented the nutrition portion yet. (I wanted to form a daily habit of working out first) There are all different levels to choose from and she runs new challenges too. Her two phrases run through my head all the time now, “Chasing strong” and “you can do hard things” - Her program speaks for itself. Try the 7 day, commit. You have nothing to lose. Seriously amazing!

I’ve struggled with lower belly weight my entire life and 3 weeks into her program I’m already feeling and seeing a difference. I’m noticeably flatter and most important I’m STRONGER. I like the speed of the workouts and the cues. I’m very familiar with the gym and how to use equipment properly. I’ve trained on my own for a long time and the split she provides is perfect for my body type. I also love her energy. She’s not yelling at you to complete the workouts. Gentle firm encouragement reminding me that I can do it too. The length of the workouts is perfect too. 30-45min for most of them. When I travel I go to a gym in the hotel and complete the workouts there. This has hands down been a REALLY affordable way to workout which I really appreciate. The price point you can’t beat she is always coming up with something new, it’s VERY worth it. So happy I found Coco and I am a proud coconut. These workouts are great!! I was looking for a Pilates strength split and this is it for me. Also let’s go 10k steps! My mood has improved too. I’ve been telling all my friends about Coco.

So I wanted to leave a review because these workouts are truly so good!! I’ve been doing these workouts since mid December and I’m hooked! I’ve always been that girl that did Bootcamp or Hitt workouts religiously thinking high intensity would give me the body I always wanted. After having 3 kids that’s all the workouts I would do to lose weight. However, I would always have back issues and tightness of my hips. Courtney’s workouts has changed EVERYTHING for me. I learned how to properly engage my core which helped my back issues. Through her workouts my hips feel great and I’m now more flexible than EVER. I’m seeing muscle definition in areas I never was able too. Everyday I look forward to these exercises. The night before I always look to see what is my next workout. I can truly say these workouts are always challenging and keeps my body guessing. I’m never bored!!!! You need to give her workouts a try. You will not regret it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
