It’s helpful but crashes a lot when I’m trying to use it.
as a busy mom this app makes it so dang easy to take care of things for our home that would otherwise require me to make a trip to the office or try to have an adult phone call while my toddler climbs on me and asks for 8 different things. it’s so user friendly and easy to navigate plus it gives me a huge peace of mind knowing i can quickly submit maintenance requests WITH PHOTOS and descriptions. definitely recommend having the app if you’re a resident.
