This company will make you jump through every possible hoop to get/use your FSA funds - and then some. In nearly 20 years I’ve never dealt with the issues I have dealt with this company in just the last 3 months. Also, the app is annoying - it refreshes if you take a call or do anything on your phone outside the app (a call or text, to check your documentation, or anything else, even for a second), even when you’re in the middle of submitting their 100 pieces of documentation for repayment, effectively kicking you back to the beginning and having to start completely over.

To get reimbursed for my son’s childcare you need a tax ID or SSN of the person plus their signature on the receipt. It’s a bit of a pain. People aren’t always willing to give out their SSN and it’s caused issues for me finding childcare in an already difficult pursuit. I wish they’d do away with it. The company my husband’s work uses simply asks for a receipt and uploads it without any of the info Surency needs. So obviously it can be done… other than being a pain, it’s fine. The app is pretty easy and their customer service has always been fine to work with.

Love the mobile expense scanner . Keeping track of my balance is easy using the app. When I have been required to provide itemized statements for debit card transactions using my phone camera and uploading via the app is much more convenient than scanning and emailing the statement.
