Equity Bank

My review is simple, I love the bank, it’s far superior to the other local or big branch banks in my town, it beats out Cherokee Strip Credit Union, and RCB by far because I know my money is safe, I have plenty of options when it comes to credit building, checking and savings accounts and such. Where things go south for me however is the banking app, much like other banking apps I’ve previously had this one is just the same, it crashes frequently, constantly asks for me to input my password when I’ve repeatedly setup my Face ID, and it shows the incorrect balance in all my accounts. The One saving grace about the app is it allows me to check my credit score and its interface is smooth and easy to follow. All in all, I will stay with equity bank for the foreseeable future, I just wish the app worked better.

I have utilized at least six banking apps over the last few years. Equity banks app is the most versatile and gives me the information that I want, and need. It allows me to accomplish my banking needs even though I’m on the road a lot. Once it’s set up it’s extremely easy to pay bills, and move money between accounts. And that’s just the beginning of what it is able to do. I like that I can go back in my history as far as I need to. Well done equity bank. Update I’m now down to four banking apps and the equity Bank app is still the best step out there it’s easy to use it for fills everyone of my needs and I have access to the information that I need I still really enjoy this app. Update 2022. I’m now down to three banking apps, and of the three this one is still the best. The speed is great, it’s user-friendly, and they make it easy to bill pay and to deposit checks. Once again thank you very much Equity bank and those who have programmed this app and the interface with all of our banking needs. top ratings to all‼️‼️👌😃😃😃 At age 72 I like things easy, Equity Bank has accomplished that for me. I would highly recommend there App to both young and old as it is so versatile and I am able to accomplish all of my banking needs paying bills transferring money saving money this is the best app on the App Store. Every once in a while I’ll go through the process of logging in and then the app stays on the loading screen indefinitely, which means that there are lapses of when I have access to my money. However, When I call the bank to get something done, someone answers the phone and then proceeds to help me. USAA used to do that but hasn’t lately which is the reason I am switching my direct deposit to Equity. USAA is no longer trustworthy. They should be shut down. I’m a USAF veteran and I approve this message.
