Simple NHS Prescriptions

App and service have been pretty good so far, couple of small niggles - on Touch ID iPhone the bottom bar on the phone (sorry not sure of the technical name) obscures the bottom on screen icons. Biggest issues are in app notifications - you get a popup with usually a partly truncated message, you select the message hoping for more which takes you into the app where any message seems to be long gone

Being of a certain age, I’ve never really understood the need for everything to be online these days, until COVID that is! My husband and I have had to shield for the majority of the last year and having Simple to deliver our medications has been so helpful and efficiency is superb. It was so easy to arrange (with their staff putting my mind at ease ) and I’ve recommended to friends and family who also love the service. You will not be disappointed! Mrs M

Just as the name suggests - signing up for this services was Simple..... With current Covid restrictions what more can I ask for than to get my prescription sent to my doorstep - great service - will definitely recommend to my friends and family
