Didn't work for me.
iPhone 12 running iOS 26.2. Downloaded and registered. Linked it to my NHS account and tried to order repeat prescriptions. My repeat prescriptions were listed. I selected what I wanted and added to cart. That's as far as I got because the display was chopped off on the right side so I couldn't see or select the cart symbol either in portrait or landscape. Checked my display and text size settings but they were all at default. Visited Charac website for help, selected "For patients", "Order your prescription" but got a blank grey page. Logged out, deleted app and went back to requesting repeat prescriptions on NHS app. My pharmacy were pushing this. I didn't see the point as the NHS app was satisfactory and I didn't want any other services apart from repeat prescriptions.
