SailTies: Logbook GPS Tracking

I really like the app so far, exactly what I’m looking for to track my sailing adventures. A couple minor edits needed though… the notes don’t seem to save correctly and I think the Submit Log default privacy should NOT be set to ‘Public’ posting.

I’m impressed with this app and look forward to seeing it grow! What really makes it stand out is how it’s community focused - one of the great things about sailing, in my experience. While I haven’t imported the over 160 sails I’ve done since logging with a GPS app, I’m excited to share my trips with my fellow cub members. What’s keeping me from going all in on this app is the lack of Apple Watch support. My current app has a standalone Watch app that syncs to my phone. When the app offers Apple Watch support for speed, heading, distance, and more, I’ll make the switch and gladly pay the subscription.

This app is the BEST way to log your trips, miles, hours, and it is the BEST way for friends and family to follow along in the adventure! The app developers are responsive and really seem to be putting much thought and love into this app. Kudos! I work with a delivery captain and a sailing team, and I always make sure to share this app with our clients and my fellow sailors.
