idk this app is weird, you can chose to have it in english but most of everything is traditional Chinese, So i use to copy and paste the comments and translate it down anywhere ik the app when i wanted to know what the comments were saying, it didn’t take long for them to notice i was from the US and they completely blocked me from translating anything on the app itself i would have to copy something and paste down off the app then translate it. call me crazy but i just have this gut wrenching feeling they don’t want me understanding what there saying and i’ve noticed they took my access away to certain thing like downloading videos to my phone. this app is weird and i constantly fell stalked on it

I'm not sure if the developers look at these reviews but for my the app always says please connect or connection needed even though I'm conned and I have to always reboot my iphone. I have no idea why this is happening it was good from the earlier versions but as the app matured the connection issues began happening. Hopefully they don't drown out the app with tons of useless stuff also there's no way to clear the info when browsing to give just the video view without text. The app works only when it want to it seems.

I love this app so much, but it has frozen me and I became a TA, and I can’t like videos, and they ask me for my Id and I don’t know where or do I even have one because my mom takes care of all those, I am really sad that I can’t like videos anymore. :( I know that those people who did something wrong needs it but what about the peoples who theirs accounts frozen and don’t have their own Id like me

I actually like this app a lot, and watching different social users. However, there’s only 2 things that I wish Kwai could change: (1) not limit the amount of users that can be followed daily and (2) allowing other users to have access to other user’s followings. Sometimes, other users share videos of another user and they don’t credit them which makes it difficult for those who actually wants to follow the real user. May the creators of Kwai consider this.
