I tried downloading this for the first time to try and get started setting up appointments and just generally review my information. The first thing that pops up when you open the app is the mandatory pin creation screen but when i try to enter a pin the keyboard doesn’t even pull up. My phone is in great condition and the screen works fine. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing works. I literally can’t even sign in.

Can’t even make an account. Error messages reads “unable to process your request. Please try again later or contact us for assistance. Well it’s later and I tried making an account and still the same error message. I tried calling for assistance and no one answers. The government isn’t shut down anymore,what’s going on? Guess I will have to go to the in person office for help. What was the point of this app if we will have to go to the in person office for assistance?

This app is super easy to set up, even for a blind person, but why would a medical app, or at least an app that's supposed to contain somebody's medical card information make it so that blind users can't read their card? I only signed up so that I could do that because I'm tired of having to ask somebody for help every time I need to add my card to a new pharmacy online or give it to a doctor's office on the phone. other than that, I didn't really have a use for it. Anything having to do with anything medical should always be accessible to those who need to use screen readers. This is pretty much useless to me since I still have to pull out that card along with all of the other insurance cards that I have since this isn't my primary. this app is more useful to people who only have Medicaid as their main medical coverage.
