My attempt to create an account also failed. This seems to be the subject of most of the review complaints. It’s unfortunate the the first 5 minutes of interaction with Liberty Dental goes south. Called customer service, ticket was submitted, got an email with an activation link. Works now.

This app, the dental plan itself, both absolutely horrid. First with the app. You use the app it directs you to another site to sign in than when your password expires it doesn’t give you the option to update it on the app. You have to go through all these hoops just to update an expired password , when you do it on desktop guess what? It doesn’t carry over to the app, no you have to create a completely separate password for the app itself so now you have 2-3 different passwords for 2-3 different Liberty dental login areas. It’s complete and utter madness. Liberty get yourself together
Edit: now the app won’t even open to let you access it anymore just sits at the logo screen. I swear if I could give it less than zero stars I would

It astounds me that somebody actually got paid (probably a LOT of money) to design such a profoundly flawed piece of junk of an app like this. How it ever got approved to actually go live is beyond comprehension. It won’t let you log in and will randomly crash and log you out and the only way to make it work is to delete it and redownload and then after a few minutes it does it again. The person who designed it should be fired and black balled from the entire industry for life and have to give back all the money they got paid to do such a terrible and incompetent job
