My wife and I are both experiencing the issue of being unable to load our HCP cards to Apple Wallet. There’s a button on the app to dl the cards and nothing happens. Deleted and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t function properly.

So much better than having to get to a computer to get the info I need. Log-in process was easy. Grateful to have my insurance activity and ID card in my phone.

HPN - this app isn’t even functional in the most simplistic and rudimentary of ways. I’m unable to merely select a Primary Care Provider. This should be a basic feature, and yet it literally does not function whatsoever.
I get that app design is hard and it can be costly but… why even have an app if it cannot be used by paying customers?
