I’ve tried to log in multiple times. Not once has it worked. Now I have to get on the phone with a customer service rep. And they usually don’t help because they’re not given the correct information. This company is always making things more complicated than it needs to be… Edit: 1. Stop telling me “how to find my member ID” it’s right on the top of my documents and ID card. 2. I called and spoke with 3 people. I had to keep explaining how the app wasn’t working and they kept telling me to log in to my account. But I can’t. It doesn’t allow it. Everyone said they’d get it working soon and to expect a call back within 24-48 hours. Been over a week with NOTHING. Horrible app, horrible company, horrible service. Edit: I was finally able to log in. (With no help from anyone calling me back until 3 weeks after I got it working, myself) However, I have to do my 2FA every time and it does not save my name and password. At least use Face ID/Touch ID to retrieve the user name and password.. the old app works better for me, as of now (May 12th). Maybe they’ll take the time to get things working before forcing people to jump ship.

This app is ridiculous. It’s not an app at all it just goes to the Internet and has mobile access. You can’t save any of your login credentials and everything is cloud based and goes directly online. This is enough for me to choose a different healthcare provider when the time comes I don’t know why they made such a bonehead move when the other app was working fine lacking though it was
