I didn’t have issues with the app before. The new look of it is great, but now when I select an exercise, it doesn’t remember what sets, reps, and weight I did last time I did that exercise, unless I’m using a template, which I don’t always do. The old app did do this. Please fix it!

I love the gym but this app is not great. It would be better if we could do digital check in from our phone. It would also be great if it would stay not only logged in, but allow us to choose the favorite gym and it stays there unless we choose otherwise. It has something where one minute I can see classes I have reserved and then the next minute, “shows you have no classes reserved”; even though they are reserved. The reward system is not reasonable, who is going to get rewards the way it is set up.

It’s certainly an upgrade from the last app in functionality and design. However, the rewards system is going to take forever to accumulate even if you go to the gym daily. The challenges still do not seem to work and I have never been able to “check in” at LVAC other than recording a workout. Still needs some improvements but I’m patient! Hopefully this feedback helps! Edit: The challenges have been functional since January 2020 and it looks like they can be used to help gain more points. However, it still looks like the points will take forever to add up. Still not clear how to “check in” at LVAC to earn points either. So far, so good. I’m sure the improvements will keep rolling out over time!
