Every update makes the app harder for patients to use. What was simple and straightforward is either not available, goes by another name or is meant to be submitted differently. For example I used to be able to send a message to my doctor. Maybe the care team reviewed it before it was sent to the doctor; that is reasonable but now I cannot message my doctor. Apparently there are different ways to request refills because I keep getting a message that says I can’t refill the Medication because it has already been submitted by another method. This is a curse: the developer believes he’s making it more functional but actually does the opposite. Apple does the same thing. Same with having AI answer the phone or just a recorded message that begins with ‘listen carefully, as our options have changed’ and due to increased call volume, etc. and the “music” is such a low quality that it is painful to listen to; and I don’t mean the choice of mimic. I mean the quality is BAD.
Doing my daily exercises, knee bends, toes stretches and bends, controlling bladder exercises and such. Working an hour a day outside, having to climb hills that are at about 12%, raking and using pitchforks to clear my road, walking 2/10 of a mile three days a week, fell twice slip down the hill and at my brothers I was weed eating behind the solar panels tripped on a rock, had my brace on. Still a bit of a constant ache in the back neck and head, taken Tylenol and Advil. My colon and urethra aren’t working too good since the accident, kind of like, I don’t have a lot of feeling down there, only feel bowel movement just as it’s getting ready to push out and urine not able to hold. they were real good before the accident. Can I do stretches, set up a regular work out go swimming, go to my physical therapist. It he Chang? Thanks Liz LB
Keeps sending notification of a new test result every few days. However, I have not had any tests for months.
