This is only useful for plan info, no help for referrals, no resources. I downloaded this because I was on my mobile device trying to look at alliance providers and a pop up overlay keeps appearing and no way to click through to the external find a provider page (Canopy health group). I’ll need to wait for a desktop browser—bummed.

honesly btx the app and website and third party processing and lack of email communication western health seems like it isnt even a real insurance company. They would be charging me almost 500/month if i didn't qualify for assistance. Take a look at geico and do better. We all hate insurance because it feels like a scam but atleast put massive effort into your interface, customer info resources and payment. Im afraid if something does happen ill be paying my premiums for nothing and left holding the bill.

Thank you. Being mentally disabled, who is to say i need a dr i can trust. I asked to have something terminated from my file, and was told the office to do it was closed. On a thrusday at 10 am. Wasnt closed thanks anyway
