Overall the app is pretty decent- but could use some UX/UI updates. Also, it’s a very roundabout process to get data feed from an Apple Watch (in that, you CAN’T directly connect an Apple Watch- only Apple Health) When trying to choose a new habit, part is description is cut off (has been the case for every one I’ve selected & others I’ve just previewed)
This app is filled with hundreds of overall wellness challenges. So it’s more then just physical fitness challenges. It helps you stay accountable to yourself by giving you a place to track your success. You can step up text reminders to track your goal while at the same time they serve as great reminders of the goal(s) you are working on. You can even create your own goals and track those as well. I have been using this app for 3+ years and find that as I strive to set goals or do community goals I can see a difference in my life. Give it a try. Do it for you and if not for you do it for someone you love. After all there are challenges that you can pick that are designed to serve others! I would love to see the app be easier ans fast to track goals.
Overall, the app is really good at keeping you actively thinking about good habits and challenging yourself to keep up such habits while rewarding you at the same time which is really cool! Awesome for those who already have healthy habits, rewarding you for things you do normally. Also great for those trying to learn for there are plenty of classes teaching you all about good habits. The only negative thing would be that some of the challenges in which you manually enter progress such as the stairs master challenge could be synced up to the flights of stair tracker on an Apple Watch/fit bit but isn’t. Easy fix I’m sure.
