I’ve been doing the preconditioning but they don’t show as complete once I’ve completed them. I contacted the developer and they suggested I delete and download the app which I did. I saw a comment from the developer here that user error is usually the reason. Not sure how doing the exercises completely and expecting it to show completed is user error. Maybe it should automatically show completed like most apps. Was super excited for this hut disappointed.

I was really excited to see this app offered, due to being a post menopausal woman who is concerned about bone health. Unfortunately, while the program may be solid, the app itself needs a lot of work. It’s very cumbersome to sign up, being forced to manually enter all of the information repeatedly. You have to choose your program every single time you do a session. It would be nice if it would default to your previous selection until you change it. The program is divided up into weeks of work, but you can’t progress to the next week if you do not complete all of the sessions in chronological order. The counter for “Jumps“ doesn’t work, it may as well be removed since it just stays on 0. I love the concept behind this program, I hope the app developer will respond to the feedback provided in these reviews to make it better.

I like the idea of the app, but there are too many bugs. Starting with creating a account it won’t automatically allow me to select my email address or or a hidden account. I have to MANUALLY enter everything. Once I get into the app, I can’t get past the first screen so I have to close it open it up again and then the next screen shows up, which is the video. After I watch the video, nothing happens and I cannot progress to the next screen. Close the app open again still on the video and no matter how many times I click on no matter where still nothing. I work in the tech industry, and I know how this is supposed to work. I’m doing this from my new iPad so there should be no issue . Another big thing I absolutely do not like is that you forced me to put in my full birthday which is ridiculous and a breach of privacy. No a fan of this app. No tell me how do I delete my information?
