Been using this work to discover inner patterns/the Shadow to release via Dr. David Hawkins Letting Go technique. This app is amazing, has great potential, and even greater if you’re aware of your intention and “gameplan” of using it. Thank you to the creators! been doing this, and now this app has thoroughly streamlined and my own process. Thanks again! Lastly, minor personal complaint, but would like the apps name changed lol, my wife thought it was something else.

I’ve been in therapy for 5 years. I struggle with a lot of mental health challenges. This feedback was more helpful and validating than my therapist telling me “try deep breathing, be nice to yourself, etc.” it gives you actual exercises to challenge yourself. You can do this anywhere. I am excited to see where this app goes. It’s convenient, helpful, insightful, and I love that I can record how I am feeling and it categorizes what I’m dealing with am I feelings, which is very difficult at a time so misunderstood (young 20s).

I got this randomly not thinking of using it long term but this app has honestly given me some of the best advice I&#39;ve ever received, I love being able to track my days but diaries haven&#39;t worked for me because writing in them every day was difficult but since theres a yap option it really helps me out in that area. Highly recommend for those who want to get to know themselves better and improve their life in areas of self care and mindset
