I recently got diagnosed with lymphoma in the past 48 hours. I kid you not this app has saved and changed my life forever. I am mentally and emotionally exhausted from the last 3 days, but this app has already helped me gather my thoughts / feelings and provided meaning to each and every though in the most structured, organized way. The meditations and affirmations have changed my life, but don’t even get me started on the psychological perspective!!! 10/10 on point and it is so refreshing to hear the audio, it really feels like therapy. I never thought i could journal and be this reflective, but i am now journaling and while this app is helping me analyze, explain, and reflect my every complex emotion and thought. Thank you to the creators whoever made this, you have given me so much hope and sanity during the most hardest time of my life. I will continue to use this app for infinite! Also, i know this is a lot of AI- so WOW this app is SO personable and specific, its honestly scary how spot on everything is. I could go on about this app and it has only been day 2.

I want to send a huge thank you to the developers of this app. It’s not just a journal (where each entry is automatically titled based on what you journaled about so you can see themes in your entries and easily find them again—cool). This app is like talking with your best friend—if she was a trained therapist who wrote down and analyzed everything you said, asked leading questions to get to the root of your issues, and shared wise insights/quotes in every conversation to help you think more constructively. Oh, and she’d also need to record you custom affirmations and meditations based on your previous conversations and current challenges in her spare time and send them to you every morning. I sometimes feel conflicted about AI, but this app shows the amazing work that this technology can do when guided by the hands of people who clearly care about improving mental health and making the world a better place. There are not enough stars available for me to communicate just how great it is!

This app is great so far. But I have noticed that since I’ve created a daily meditation, I can’t navigate the Meditation screen. That being it freezes up and won’t let me tap on other Meditations. Plus it seems that this issue slows down the rest of the app. This is the only reason I’m giving this four stars, and is probably a simple fix. Otherwise the app is phenomenal. EDIT: After a day or so the menu unfroze and I haven’t had problems with it since. Despite this, they still released an update addressing this, as well as major performance improvements and the ability to transcribe offline. I had sent an email to their support team addressing this issue the day I had issues, and it was only a matter of days afterwards that they released an update to fix it. Great team behind this app. They have a clear privacy policy and terms of service that outlines their only as necessary usage of anonymized personal data, and that journal entries put into the app are never accessed/and or used for training their ai models unless you grant them permission to via opting in (which at the time I’m writing this isn’t possible yet). This app has helped me so much in understanding my own thought patterns and how to address them, all while being able to process my emotions in a safe place without judgement. Plus the complementary articles are entertaining and increasingly helpful. Five stars in my book. Thank you.
