A friend recommended this app to me, as we both struggle with things deeply and have trouble processing them. Even though I've struggled a bit to keep up with it sometimes, it truly has been fantastic and so healing so far. I'm impressed and amazed at just how much this app has helped in only two weeks of having it. I've paid for the year subscription, happily. I'm excited to see how much it'll help in a few months or years even. I do have weekly therapy in office, but just being able to write down my feelings and get genuine feedback that is molded from the things I've expressed, has been nothing short of amazing. I recommend this app to anyone that needs an outlet to express their emotions and needs a helping hand in their healing. It feels like another friend at this point. A true shoulder to lean on in my path to heal myself or even just write down my emotions to take some of the weight off. I can definitely see myself renewing my subscription in the years to come. FANTASTIC. If you need a place to empty your heavy burdens, this is it. Download it and give it a try. I do not regret it, not even a little bit. If you struggle at all with the noise in your head, please give this a try. It could be the start of a beautiful thing for you, as it has been for me as well. So grateful to have been introduced to this.

I am always a little leery when downloading apps. It seems like so many of them start out saying that they are free, then you find out it was just a trial. This app is 100% free. Now for the more important part. This app is a lot of fun. I love the daily prompts. There are some really random ones that I have seen, like, “Describe your mood today as if it were a drink.” There is also a daily gratitude prompt and a daily check-in, which is basically just a place to journal about your day and discover your overall mood for the day. That might be my favorite part. You write about how your day is going and you get a response back with a question, it’s a little bit of back and forth. I love it!! It is a great way to end my day. When you’re all done with the three parts, you are given an insight into your day and suggestions for tomorrow. At the end of the week, you get a review of how your week felt overall. I have told many people about this app and I hope others get as much satisfaction from it as I do! Thank you for creating such a wonderful app!!

Until, one day my fingers stumbled upon this amazing app and a tight knot was formed from the frays. I am on day 100+; I am living and loving my growth but most importantly I found a safe space just for me. I share a little or a lot of me. Why? Because it depends on my mood. I don’t have to meet a specific number of words to enter my feelings. The best part of this journaling experience is on the days when I answer the prompt with IDK or I can’t go there today and the response is understanding. This app prompted self care through the immense grief I was experiencing due to the anniversary of my Mom’s transcendence. I appreciate that when I choose not to type and do an audio entry this app does its best to decipher what I am expressing while falling apart. I have tried journaling my whole adult life and could not get with it but this app gets the fundamentals correct and then goes beyond that point. I have shared this app with others and the one thing I express is that, the invite does not mean our journals are shared with each other. Thank you Ma’am for creating such a safe and caring space.
